This new Leaside build radiates a clean and sophisticated energy, using luxurious finishes that are contrasted with sleek lines, all while keeping an open layout. The design strikes a balance between playful colours and strong grounded forms, representing the individual styles of the couple. Custom millwork throughout the home create a seamless transition between spaces while highlighting the detailed craft.
Emphasizing an open layout, minimal partitions separate areas of the house — the custom wine display in the dining room and parlour form a structural barrier between the spaces but keep sight lines intact, allowing atmospheres to mingle. Furthermore, the headboard in the primary bedroom functions as a privacy screen between the bedroom and wardrobe, allowing the clients to circulate around the structure, maintaining a sense of openness as seen throughout the home while creating differentiation in the two spaces.
